Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your equipment and place it in its original boxes, ensuring all hardware and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Receive Your Refund
